  • Account Information: When you create a PARKUBE account, we collect your email address and vehicle registration number(s) (VRN/License Plate) as mandatory information. You may optionally provide your name, phone number, postal address, and date of birth. You also create a password for your account.
  • Payment Information: To process payments for parking sessions or top-up your account balance, we facilitate the collection of payment card details (card number, expiry date, CVV) by our third-party payment processor. PARKUBE does not store your full payment card details. Our payment partner provides us with a secure token, card type, the last four digits of your card, and other relevant transaction details. All payment transactions are conducted over HTTPS.
B. Information Collected Automatically When You Use Our Services:
  • Parking Session Data: When you use a PARKUBE-managed car park, our on-site Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR/LPR) systems capture images of your vehicle's license plate and record entry and exit times.
